By adding the resin option, you get a glass-like finish to the piece. It’s a non-yellowing, crystal clear coating that allows the colors of the painting to GLOW.

The 1/8th inch thick resin layer adds a rock hard scratch resistant surface. It’s also impossible to stain and dust/grime build up over the years is no longer a problem: just wipe it off with a damp cloth.
Longevity
All paintings age, fade and yellow over the years. By coating the piece in resin, you virtually remove the issues that aging can present.
